At Paul Fredrick, we stand behind the quality of our menswear and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your fit. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 90 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Specify whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item in a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate a prepaid SmartLabel shipping tag, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office location to complete the return shipment.
